Juha Pekka Eemeli Järvinen is a Finnish visual artist and clay is his primary medium. He also paints, draws and combines different techniques and materials. Clay is not just a medium or material but a way. Juha uses clay to awaken intuition, touch the unchanging and assemble subconscious experiences and stories into a layered form. His work is characterized by bird and animal motifs, often combined with rich layers, recognizable objects and surreal figures. Juha has been working with ceramics since 2017 and his studio is located in Helsinki, Finland.
